On November 22, 2025, KEITA JUMPROCK captured the championship at DOUBLE DUTCH ONE’S FINAL 2025, the premier individual competition in the world of double dutch.

The event took place during INTERNATIONAL STREET FESTIVAL KAWASAKI—commonly known as ISF KAWASAKI—held at CLUB CITTA’ in Kawasaki.

What Is “ONE’S”?

While traditional double dutch is a team-based discipline requiring at least three players, ONE’S shifts the focus entirely onto the jumper.

Two rope turners remain fixed throughout the battle, while the performance and technical ability of a single athlete inside the ropes are judged and compared against other competitors.

This format places complete emphasis on the jumper’s individual skill, creativity, musicality, and stage presence, making ONE’S one of the most prestigious individual titles in double dutch.

LAST ONE’S SELECTION — The Final Ticket to the Championship

Earlier that same day, competitors fought for the last remaining spots in the final through LAST ONE’S SELECTION, the final qualifying event for ONE’S FINAL 2025.

The qualification process consisted of two stages.

First, athletes competed in a cypher-format preliminary round, from which 15 competitors were selected.

Those athletes were then joined by one international qualifier, creating a field of 16 competitors who advanced to the second stage and continued their pursuit of a place in the championship bracket.

The second stage was truly a contest of fleeting moments.

Each competitor was given just one move within a one-minute time limit, and that single performance would determine whether they advanced or were eliminated.

With such a limited window to make an impression, every decision mattered. The choice of tricks, the timing of execution, the musical interpretation, and the overall expression all had the power to influence the judges’ verdict.

To maximize their chances, competitors carefully crafted routines that showcased their strongest skills and unique identities. TOP 16 / TOP 8 — The Complete Field of Finalists Is Finally Set

The TOP 16 featured not only the athletes who had successfully battled through the final qualifier, but also many of the leading figures who continue to shape and drive the ONE’S scene forward.

While they arrived as competitors, many of them were also longtime training partners, teammates, and friends who regularly push one another to improve in local communities, practice sessions, and professional teams. Their relationships as both rivals and peers added an extra layer of intensity to every matchup.

One of the most compelling aspects of the TOP 16 was the diversity of backgrounds represented on stage.

The bracket included highly anticipated clashes between professional athletes from eastern and western Japan, first-time FINAL participants eager to make their mark, and rising student competitors looking to challenge the established order.

SEMI FINAL — Clash of the Final Four

The SEMI FINAL featured two matchups where history and challenge intersected.

First was Iwanes Insane vs daichi. With a third consecutive title on the line, Iwanes stepped onto the stage carrying the experience he had accumulated over the years and the pride of a champion. Meanwhile, daichi, a former ONE’S champion himself, entered as a challenger seeking to reclaim the top spot once again.

KEITA JUMPROCK (hereafter KEITA) vs Yuto Kubo. KEITA fought his way up from LAST ONE’S SELECTIONto reach the semifinals. Yuto Kubo carried the frustration of having finished as runner-up for the past two consecutive years. Their battle was not only a clash of skill, but also an intense collision of each competitor’s emotions and determination.

FINAL — daichi vs KEITA JUMPROCK

Advancing to the final were daichi and KEITA JUMPROCK.

daichi returned to this highest stage carrying the experience of having once won ONE’S.

His refined movements reflected a strong determination to reclaim the title. He stood not as a “former champion,” but as a competitor once again challenging for the top. On the final stage, he demonstrated an unwavering presence.
