The first wave of content has been announced for “YOKOHAMA URBAN SPORTS FESTIVAL ’26 (YUSF),” taking place on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18 at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Event Plaza and Red Brick Park!
This year, the Japan DanceSport Federation (JDSF) will host the “JDSF BREAKING JAPAN OPEN 2026.” Top-tier global athletes are set to compete across all disciplines, promising high-voltage, thrilling performances.
Beyond the competitive events, visitors can experience “BEYBLADE X” (Takara Tomy)—the modern evolution of traditional beigoma tops, now categorized as a captivating “GEAR SPORT”—with hands-on sessions and spectator-participatory battles. The festival will also feature popular hands-on urban sports workshops for all ages, alongside a street culture market packed with apparel and lifestyle experiences.
Concurrently, the “ALL AMERICAN FOOD FESTIVAL ’26 (AAFF)” returns, offering food and drinks inspired by the American roots of many urban sports. Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse will transform into a hub of street culture, packed with all-day activities to “watch, experience, and enjoy.” Further updates will be shared via official web and social channels.

◆ Skateboarding – SKATE ARK
Founded in 2017 as part of the “ARK LEAGUE,” this event is globally recognized as one of the highest-level world competitions. Its rider-first philosophy continues to earn widespread acclaim from athletes worldwide.
Among skateboarding’s various formats—such as park and vert—this event focuses on the Street discipline, where Japanese skaters rank among the world’s best, navigating courses equipped with stairs, rails, and urban obstacles. Following successful editions from 2022 to 2025, elite global skaters will take the stage once again.

Established in 2012, ONE’S brings tournament-style 1on1 Double Dutch battles to Yokohama. Top finishers secure qualification for the DOUBLE DUTCH ONE’S FINAL 2026 in November. Expect high-speed footwork, dynamic acrobatics, and rhythm-driven routines between two ropes.
◆ Parkour Tag – YUSF PARKOUR TAG TEAM BATTLE 2026
Taking traditional tag into a competitive sport using specialized obstacle courses. Moving away from individual formats, 2026 introduces a team-based format—“YUSF Parkour Tag TEAM BATTLE 2026”—where speed, agility, teamwork, and tactical coordination determine the winners. The high-stakes Parkour tournament returns, challenging athletes to construct a continuous single flow within a timed window. Big tricks, high vaults, and creative line selection take center stage.
